Job description
For our Kita Burgergut in Thun, we are looking for a Deputy Operations Manager (80%) from 1 August 2026 or by agreement. For this responsible task, you bring a passion for pedagogical work, can assert yourself positively and clearly, work actively on a good corporate culture and act in a business-like manner. Your tasks:

Joint responsibility for the care and management of a children's group within the framework of leolea's pedagogical concept
Joint responsibility for the organizational implementation of everyday life
Joint responsibility for the domestic and spatial design areas
Maintenance of parent contacts and support for parents in educational and developmental issues
Conducting parent interviews
Supervision and accompaniment of learners according to the training concept
Joint responsibility for team management and constructive teamwork
Takeover of various administrative and organizational tasks
Responsibility for operations during the absence of the management
Your profile

Education as a specialist in childcare EFZ or similar education
In-depth pedagogical specialist knowledge (several years of professional experience)
Humorous and positive thinking personality with great interest in leadership topics
Leadership experience is an advantage
Experience in instructing learners
Empathetic, committed and resource-oriented personality
Conflict and assertiveness skills
Differentiated communication
Administrative skills and organizational talent
Flexibility
