Staff Member Technical and Maintenance

Requirements

• You have training as a Fachperson Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or a technical or manual EFZ basic training with experience in the field of facility management.
• You are reliable and you work reliably, independently and flexibly in a small team including an apprentice.
• You communicate constructively, are a team player and encounter others with empathy.
• You enjoy interacting with elderly people and have an understanding of their needs.
• You bring a high level of customer and service orientation and like to lend a hand in day-to-day business.
• You are prepared for non-scheduled assignments and on-call duties.
• Good German skills (at least C1), PC user skills and driver's license Cat. B
