Then we are looking for you! -------------------- Tasks ## Your tasks: • You ensure efficient, customer- and sales-oriented distribution - taking into account optimal scheduling and resource planning • You are responsible for the functional and personnel leadership of a team of up to 40 employees • You ensure smooth coordination and communication between the various warehouse managers, the goods outbound department, and various internal departments • You coordinate external transport services, plan the maintenance of our vehicles, and support the procurement of the vehicle fleet • You are responsible for the maintenance of the goods handling hall (cleanliness, order, space conditions) • You undertake various administrative and organizational tasks • You support your supervisor in projects and participate actively in the training of the apprentice road transport practitioner Profile ## What you bring with you: • You have the appropriate education and further training as well as several years of professional experience in the logistics/transport sector • You bring proven leadership experience • Your main working hours are between 10.30 to 20 Uhr, you are flexible regarding seasonal shifts • You have good geographical knowledge • An exact and independent way of working characterizes you • Proficient German is required.
