The [Specialist Unit Operations and Experimental Garden Birmensdorf](< >) (BEBI) is responsible for the technical and infrastructural building management and, due to retirement, is looking as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement for an experienced and reliable personality for the administration area as Commercial Employee EFZ 80% (w/m/d). With your SAP knowledge, you support the international workforce in the purchasing process, are responsible for the administration of the key and access system, create periodic internal settlements and support the specialist unit, including its management, in administrative matters. You have a completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification and possess proven professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks. In addition, you have good SAP and very good MS Office skills with high IT affinity. Furthermore, you communicate effortlessly in German and English, other languages are an advantage, and you value independent, expeditious as well as exact work.
