The place of work is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport. Your tasks at the new employer • You advise managers and employees on all HR and labor law topics and successfully implement modern HR strategies • You design projects, further develop processes and actively contribute innovative ideas • You independently accompany coachings, internal training sessions and support the further development of managers and employees • You analyze personnel challenges, develop practical solutions and implement them together with the specialist departments • Close cooperation with the HR service team enables you to focus on demanding consulting and development tasks You offer your new employer • You have the federal HR specialist certificate (eidg.
