Dietary Cook or Cook

For our client, a leading healthcare company in Northwest Switzerland, we are looking for a committed dietary cook or cook (m/f/d). The innovative company provides medical care to over 300'000 people and is considered an important training establishment in the region with state-of-the-art facilities at three locations.

Your tasks

• Professional production of all meals for patients, staff and external customers using Cook-and-Chill processes
• Specialized preparation of individual diet menus and therapeutic diets
• Quality assurance during food service and line control
• Active co-design of special occasions, banquets and catering events
• Leadership support in the instruction of production employees and apprentices

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ, ideally with additional qualification as a dietary cook EFZ/FA
• Several years of professional experience in gastronomy or hotel management with in-depth knowledge of cold and hot kitchen
• Solid IT skills and affinity for modern kitchen technology
• Team-oriented way of working and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
