Job Description
You will do leaps of joy with the following tasks:
Advising and looking after customers across the entire product range in D/F/ Ital.
Providing technical information and developing customer-specific solutions
Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of offers & orders
Processing orders and handling invoicing
Maintaining customer master data as well as general administrative tasks
You will actively support your colleagues in the field service and act as the interface to the different departments
Desired Profile
We do leaps of joy if you bring the following:
Basic training in the field of sanitary, heating, or in the electrical industry
Further education or experience in the administrative or commercial field
Native German, French and / or Italian at level B2-C1 mandatory
Technically proficient and the ability to grasp connections quickly
Very good knowledge and handling of MS-Office
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
