What you bring with you:

• You bring a completed ICT vocational apprenticeship EFZ or training in the field of ICT as well as a completed IT education at the level of a federal professional certificate (eidg. Fachausweis).
• You have professional experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• You bring very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory; corresponding Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
• You enjoy contact with people and cooperation with internal and external bodies as well as other IT organizations.
• You communicate in an audience-appropriate manner and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• An independent, committed, and reliable way of working as well as a high level of commitment are self-evident to you.
• You take responsibility, get actively involved, and are ready to develop professionally and personally and to take on new areas of responsibility.

Your working environment

In the Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit, we enforce federal laws such as the Unemployment Insurance Act (AVIG), the Employment Placement Act (AVG), and the Labor Act (ArG). The main tasks consist of supervising industry and trade regarding occupational safety and health protection, advising and mediating job seekers, and paying unemployment benefits to entitled persons.
