Apply Initial Situation ### In this function, you combine two modes of transport that work closely together in day-to-day business: air freight and truck transports. The focus is more on cross-border land transport, supplemented by air freight processing depending on the shipment and customer requirement. We are looking for a practice-oriented specialist who organizes transports, coordinates processes, and keeps an overview - even when several dossiers are running in parallel. Vacancy No. 6643 ## Tasks ### • planning and processing international truck transports (import/export, focus on Europe) • organizing and looking after air freight shipments in import and export • coordinating with drivers, freight forwarders, airlines, and handling agents • creating and checking transport, air freight, and customs documents • monitoring lead times, deadlines, cut-offs, and shipment status • processing inquiries, deviations, and time-critical situations • maintaining and updating transport-relevant data in the system • looking after customers in daily operational business Requirements ### • completed training as a Speditionskauffrau/-mann or comparable qualification • experience in cross-border land transport, ideally combined with air freight • good knowledge of transport and customs processes in import and export • enjoyment of working in a small team IT ### MS-Office - good knowledge Languages ### German: m+s very good English: m+s good Start date ### by agreement Work location ### St. Gallen Special ### You work in a manageable, practical environment with short decision-making paths.
