To strengthen the production team, we are looking for a strong leader and technically proficient personality as Head of Hardening Plant (m/f/d) In this responsible function, you will undertake the technical and personnel management of the hardening plant with around twelve employees. You are responsible for production and shift planning according to order intake, control the computer-aided systems, and monitor the process engineering data and processes. Furthermore, you ensure quality through material testing and coordinate the maintenance of the large technical plant in close cooperation with the Maintenance/Repairs department as well as external technical specialists. A particular focus lies on the professional development of your employees and the targeted buildup of know-how within the teams. Additionally, you undertake and lead projects within production and work closely with adjacent production areas. You have a completed degree in metallurgy, metallurgical engineering, or a comparable technical field of study. Experienced practitioners with appropriate technical training and sound professional experience in a metal processing industrial company are equally welcome. Decisive are your specialist and practical experience as well as a broad general technical understanding. Experience in the field of hardening is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement. In addition to your technical competence, you bring leadership experience and know how to professionally develop employees.
