HR Specialist with option for succession as Head of HR (f/m/d)

Your tasks

HR from A to Z:

• Organizing and implementing the recruitment process
• Managing personnel administration (entries and exits, employment references, dossier management, etc.)
• Creating employment contracts, monitoring contracts and compliance with working hours
• Carrying out salary payments; calculating and reporting mutations for BVG, AHV, UVG, KT including annual financial statements in close exchange with the finance department
• Contact person for all HR relevant topics, including accident and illness
• Collaborating on and developing HR relevant and other project topics as well as deputy for the Head of HR until her retirement
• Regular measurement of key figures and documenting implementation in case of deviations
• Responsible for participation in training

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further training in human resources (level HR Specialist or similar)
• Already gathered broad experience in the field of HR and now ready for the next career step
• Good understanding of work processes and networked thinking
• Empathic, resilient, communicative and open personality with team spirit and assertiveness
• Good ERP and MS-Windows user knowledge
• Good knowledge of the payroll accounting software Infoniqa 200 / suiteify is an advantage
• Experience with international locations (DE, USA), traveling installation team and aviation industry is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form, further language skills are an advantage
