Job Description

This is your daily business:

• Tech Consulting: You inspire customers for the entire multimedia, internet and subscription portfolio of Swisscom.
• Store Styling: You actively help with the store design and present the latest products in the best light.
• Customer Happiness: With your open manner, you ensure the best customer satisfaction in the store.
• Shop Support: You operate the cash register and undertake exciting special tasks in cooperation with the shop management.

Desired Profile

This is what you bring with you:

• Your Education: A completed apprenticeship in retail (EFZ or EBA) - e.g. as a Retail Specialist / Retail Assistant or Salesperson. (Strong career changers with sales experience are also welcome!)
• Your Skills: You have genuine joy in customer contact, a confident appearance and are absolutely tech-savvy.
• Your Language: You communicate fluently in German.
• The Formal: An impeccable criminal record extract (not older than 3 months).
