To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified specialists. To strengthen our team in Engineering Services, we are looking for a dedicated Documentation Manager (a) (80 -100%)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the structured management, filing, and archiving of technical documentation in electronic and physical form
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, HSE, and internal documentation standards as well as audit-proof document filing
• Functional leadership of document management teams in engineering and CAPEX projects
• Creation and implementation of document management concepts, review processes, and training concepts
• Coordination of document deliveries as well as management of review, approval, and change processes
• Creation and maintenance of documentation plans, document registers, and reporting dashboards
• Creation, revision, and implementation of SOPs, guidelines, and standards in document management
• Advising project teams as well as supporting audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries
• Central contact person for documentation topics and interface to Engineering, HSE, Quality Assurance, CQV, Maintenance, and Operations

Your profile:

• Technical or scientific education or corresponding professional background
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry
• Good knowledge of GMP and HSE requirements as well as relevant technical regulations and standards
• Experience with technical and GMP-compliant documentation as well as document and filing structures
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills as well as confident interaction with various stakeholders
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems and SAP is an advantage
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
