Activation and Care

Do you enjoy accompanying elderly people in their daily lives, promoting their existing abilities and resources, and creating varied and beautiful moments together with them? Then we look forward to getting to know you.

Your tasks

• Planning, organization and implementation of activation and occupation offers
• Individual and resource-oriented accompaniment of our residents
• Implementation of individual and group activities
• Promotion of mobility, independence, social contacts and existing abilities
• Design of varied daily and weekly programs
• Organization of games, memory training, creative activities, music offers and movement activities
• Accompanying on walks and smaller excursions
• Organization and co-design of festivals, birthdays and seasonal events
• Individual occupation of residents according to their interests, needs and biographies
• Close cooperation with the nursing and care team
• Observation of the well-being of the residents and forwarding relevant changes to the nursing staff
• Contributing own ideas for the further development of our activation offers

Your profile

• Training or professional experience in the field of activation, care, nursing, social support or a comparable area is an advantage
• Experience in caring for elderly or care-dependent people is desired
• Joy in working with seniors
• Creativity and joy in developing new activities and offers
• Patience, empathy and an appreciative basic attitude
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Musical, creative or manual skills are welcome
