Tasks

• You lead around four employees professionally and personally
• You ensure high customer satisfaction
• You bear the budget and result responsibility according to defined annual objectives
• You promote your employees according to their level and ensure their specialist competence as well as successors
• You achieve the established provider and service quota targets in your area of responsibility

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in retail with further training in sales and/or business administration
• You have several years of leadership experience and proven product knowledge in the field of consumer electronics
• A customer- and solution-oriented attitude with strong negotiation skills is a matter of course for you
• You have very good team and communication skills
• You are a flexible, committed and resilient personality and have a goal-oriented and networked way of thinking
