Main tasks

• Independent management of strategic retail partners and their product portfolios with the goal of sustainable profitable growth in close cooperation with internal and external bodies
• Assistance in the preparation of the marketing and sales budgets of the assigned retail partners as well as responsibility for cost control to ensure compliance with budgets
• Assistance in the development of new Private Label product concepts for existing and new retail partners, taking into account their specific requirements
• Independent, flawless implementation of projects under clarification of feasibility, profitability, and time constraints

You bring with you

• Completed studies or comparable training and further education in the field of food sciences, preferably with initial experience in consumer goods marketing
• Completed training as a Bäcker/in- Konditor/in- Confiseur/in EFZ is an advantage
• Proactive, open, and winning personality with the ability to convince and implement
• Exact, persistent working style with enjoyment of analytical and conceptual work
• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written
