The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with approximately 1'500 births per year, and nearly 30'000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for l'Hôpital de Morges for a:

Surgical Nurse (F/M) at 80-100%

In order to reinforce our Surgery department, from 01/01/2027 or as agreed.

YOU POSSESS

• A HES Bachelor in nursing or a CRS recognized nurse diploma
• Good organizational skills (anticipating, planning, coordinating) and rigor
• A good mastery of usual IT tools
• The capacity to take initiatives and responsibilities
• A development-oriented spirit, a capacity for suggestion and proactivity
• A sense of listening and excellent interpersonal skills
• A good capacity for adaptation and autonomy
• Flexibility and availability to work day and night as well as weekdays and 2 weekends per month

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Systematically identify the needs and resources of the patient
• Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team, based on the data collected and taking into account a global therapeutic project
• Work in interprofessionality with the objective of quality care and in respect of a global approach to the patient
