Electrical Engineer/Electrical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Electrical specialist discipline: Management, coordination, and processing of electrotechnical trades in the areas of
• Power supply (medium voltage, NSHV, generator, USV, sub-distributions)
• Electrical installations (lighting, blinds, lightning protection, grounding, equipotential bonding)
• Fire and hazard detection technology (fire alarm systems, gas detection systems, evacuation and alarming)
• Project processing in all phases: Responsibility for electrical planning from the Feasibility Study through Concept, Basic, and Detail Design to the Construction & Commissioning phase (SIA phases 31, 32, 33, 41, 51, 52, 53)
• Acceptances: Organization and accompaniment of expert inspections and acceptances of the electrotechnical systems.
• Project management: Control of costs, deadlines, and quality within the electrical sub-discipline.
• Tenders & solicitations: Preparation of tender documents (strong and low current) and participation in award processes.
• Cost management: Preparation of initial cost estimates, cost projections, and calculations as well as estimates, and monitoring of budgets in the electrical specialist department.
• Technical documentation: Creation and maintenance of technical documents for building automation, telematics, and security systems.
• Interface coordination: Close coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners, and execution companies.

• Completed studies as an Electrical Engineer FH/B.Sc., Electrical Technician HF, federal diploma Electrical Installer, or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in electrical planning in the DACH region
• Experience in the management or coordination of sub-projects in the field of electrical TGA
• Ideally, you have also already gained project experience in the following areas:
• Information and communication technology
• Smoke protection and smoke extraction systems
• Security and safeguarding technology
• MSR/Automation
• Entrepreneurial thinking, independent and structured way of working.
• Confident appearance and convincing communication in dealing with customers, authorities, suppliers, manufacturers, and partners
• Good planning and organizational skills as well as technical imagination.
• Proficient use of common software; experience with MS Office, Messerli, BIM, Revit, or similar programs
• Good knowledge of electrical norms and standards (e.g., NIN, EN, VKF).
• Good knowledge of GMP-regulated production environments
• Very good German (C1) and English (B2) skills
• High willingness to travel within Europe

In this role, you will take on the technical responsibility for the electrical discipline in complex pharma projects. You will accompany the projects through all relevant phases – from pre-planning/Concept Phase through design planning/Basic Design and execution planning incl. tenders/Detail Design to the execution phase/Construction & Commissioning and the handover to the customer. In doing so, you coordinate internal and external interfaces, lead a small specialist team, and ensure that costs, deadlines, and quality are in balance at all times.
