The employer is looking for three: PAINTER - INSULATION SPECIALIST (reported profession) Tasks: • surface preparation (skimming, filling, sanding, priming) • interior/exterior painting, finishes and varnishing • execution of work on new constructions and renovations • installation of wallpaper and/or coverings (desirable) • management and cleaning of the construction site in compliance with safety regulations • realization of external thermal insulation composite systems • realization of plasters and decorative elements Requirements: • proven experience as a construction painter (at least 3 years) • autonomy in the execution of work and good manual dexterity • knowledge of materials and techniques (water-based paints, enamels, acrylics, etc.) • reliability, punctuality and orientation towards quality • category B driving license and availability to travel in the area • owning a vehicle • basic knowledge of the Italian language Employment details: • workplace Losone • 100% employment • employment from immediately, permanent contract • salary according to the CCL of the sector
