Polymechaniker/in with leadership experience

Activity + Plan and control orders from work preparation to final inspection + Lead, coach the team and develop solutions in case of problems + Produce individual pieces and small series yourself + Optimize processes and look after fixtures and aids + Design simple parts in 3D • Requirements + Completed training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ, ideally with additional qualification as Prozessfachmann/-frau or comparable + Experience or training in leadership is an advantage + Ability for human and assertive team leadership with appreciative communication + Strong organizational skills for order, aid and deadline management + Technical flair and enjoyment of practical work even on conventional machines • Offer + Comprehensive induction across all manufacturing areas + Diverse tasks with high personal responsibility and short decision-making paths + 40-hour week with flexible flextime regulation
