If you have solid experience in managing and monitoring construction sites in Switzerland and wish to evolve in a dynamic environment, this position is for you! Responsibilities ### • Supervise several major files, ensuring respect for deadlines, budgets and quality until the reception of the work • Planning, financial monitoring and execution control • Collaborate closely with Clients, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders • Ensure compliance with construction standards and local regulations • Manage unforeseen events and propose adapted solutions Qualifications ### • HES/EPF diploma or equivalent • Confirmed experience in managing and monitoring construction sites in Switzerland • Mastery of common computer tools (MS Office), AutoCAD, MSProject and Messerli (an asset) • Excellent knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations in construction • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with rigor and organization • Sense of organization, autonomy, rigor and priority management • Team spirit, stress resistance and adaptability • Mastery of French (oral and written) ### Benefits ### • A stimulating and collaborative work environment • Varied and innovative projects • A modern and pleasant work setting Information to apply ### If this position interests you and you wish to join a passionate and dynamic team, we invite you to submit your application directly via the online response form.
