Healthcare Specialist EFZ

For our client, a modern and family-run elderly and nursing home, we are looking for an engaged and responsible Healthcare Specialist EFZ or dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH for an immediate start or by arrangement with a workload of 50--100 %.

The institution offers around 119 residents in need of care a safe and appreciative home. A dedicated team of around 140 employees ensures professional nursing and care across various departments. The focus is on the individual needs, self-determination, and quality of life of the residents.
Your tasks

• Implementation and professional delegation of nursing and medical-technical measures within the scope of own competencies
• Individual and resource-oriented nursing and care of the residents
• Active participation and co-responsibility in the nursing process
• Careful maintenance and updating of the nursing documentation in easyDOK/BESA
• Taking over daily responsibility and ensuring smooth nursing processes
• Implementation of measures for health promotion, disease prevention, and maintenance of quality of life
• Observation of health status and early recognition of changes
• Professional, empathetic, and appreciative communication with residents, relatives, and external specialists
• Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary nursing and care team

Your profile

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ or dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH
• High professional and social competence as well as a strong sense of responsibility
• Empathetic, respectful, and appreciative personality
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Ability to put the resources and individual needs of the residents at the center
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and good communication skills
