Due to the nationwide activity, very good German and French language skills are a prerequisite for this position.

• Data maintenance of commercial lease agreements throughout Switzerland (Garaio Rem)
• Participation in the leasing of rental areas (advertisements, contracts, terminations, viewings, handovers, etc.)
• Preparation of lease agreements and addenda
• Telephone and personal contact with administrations and owners
• Conducting various correspondences
• Processing of payment transactions (accounts receivable/accounts payable)
• Participation in the examination of service charge statements of the lease relationships
• Collaboration and support of the property manager with administrative tasks
• Customer contact with commercial tenants and clients
• Participation in the support of commercial tenants

What defines you.

• You have a commercial basic education or a comparable training
• Thanks to professional experience in a similar function (Real Estate Management Administrator), you are already familiar with the processes and challenges
• Real estate knowledge is a prerequisite for this position
• Very good German and French language skills are a prerequisite for this position
• Common IT applications (MS Office) are no problem for you
• If you bring experience with the management software Garaio REM, this is an advantage
• You can express yourself skillfully both orally and in writing
• You have an independent and reliable way of working
• High quality of work and exact way of working
