Your tasks

• General Ledger and Closings: You independently manage the general ledger, perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, and take over the preparation of VAT returns (Switzerland and Germany).
• Operational Accounting: You independently manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, as well as fixed asset accounting.
• Reporting and Numbers: You actively participate in the preparation of the monthly financial reporting.
• ERP and Digitalization: As a Finance Super User, you support the further development and digitalization of financial processes in the ERP system and contribute to exciting optimization projects.

Qualifications

What you bring with you ####

• Solid foundation: Commercial basic training (EFZ) as well as ideally targeted further training in accounting (for example, Finance Clerk).
• Practical experience: Several years of professional experience in finance and accounts receivable accounting.
• Way of working: You work independently, in a structured manner, and think in a solution-oriented way.
• Personality: You possess a charming, winning, and at the same time constructive assertiveness to ensure specifications and guidelines in everyday life.
• Languages and IT: Stylish German in spoken and written form as well as good IT or ERP affinity. French language skills are a clear plus.
