WHAT YOU WILL DO: ####

• Production of fresh butter, industrial butter and butter oil
• Pasteurization of creams and preparation of cultures according to established protocols
• Respect instructions and the production plan so that everything is completed on time
• Meticulously perform cleaning of installations and the work environment according to protocols to maintain high hygiene standards
• Collaborate effectively and dynamically within the team and demonstrate a certain flexibility in schedules
• Be proactive and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes

WHAT YOU BRING: ####

• CFC in milk technology or equivalent training in the dairy field
• Proven experience in cheesemaking, dairy, or the agrifood industry
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of cheese making with skills in the use of automated installations. Good mastery of French at a level allowing fluid communication
• Adopt exemplary rigor regarding hygiene - cleanliness is an absolute priority
• Demonstrate flexibility to work in teams according to defined schedules, while demonstrating a sense of responsibility, team spirit and good stress management
