For our organic garden, we are looking for a new Horticulturist specializing in Plant Production EFZ 60-70% with educational knowledge as of 2026 or by agreement. The Stiftung Bühl is an excellent and innovative employer. Together with the team, you will support and promote young people with cognitive impairments. The garden is one of eight training and production companies of the Stiftung Bühl, it is a training and production company alike. The garden is certified with the Bio-Suisse label (Bio-Knospe). It cultivates vegetable and cut flower seedlings, bed and balcony plants, herbs, vegetables, and perennials. The training offer includes around 4 training places at the level of basic training with a federal certificate (EBA) and practitioners according to INSOS (PrA). Additionally, the garden offers protected workplaces for adults with a performance restriction. Also, students who attend the Gleis 2 offer of the Stiftung Bühl work regularly in the company two days a week.
