For the Finance team at the Swiss headquarters, we are looking for a dedicated personality as Management Accountant (m/f/d) who brings sound accounting knowledge and enjoys contributing to controlling and analysis topics.

Job Description ##

In this versatile function, you will take on a key role at the interface between Accounting and Controlling and support the Finance organization in the further development of processes, reporting, and financial control.

Your main tasks include:

• Responsibility for the financial accounting of selected companies (general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting)
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS as well as local accounting standards
• Analysis of P&L, cost, and margin developments as well as the preparation of recommendations for action for management
• Support in budget, forecast, and scenario planning processes
• Collaboration in external reporting as well as cooperation with auditors and other stakeholders
• Ensuring high data quality and continuous optimization of accounting and reporting processes
• Close cooperation with international finance teams and business partners
• Support with tax issues, transfer pricing topics, as well as special financial projects
• Active participation in the harmonization and professionalization of financial processes within the framework of the ongoing transformation
• Use of modern technologies, automation solutions, and AI-supported approaches to increase efficiency

The Successful Applicant ##

• Commercial training with further education in finance and accounting or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an international industrial or production environment
• Very good knowledge of IFRS as well as local accounting standards (HGB and/or Swiss GAAP an advantage)
• Experience in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Interest in financial controlling, reporting, and business analyses
• High IT affinity as well as interest in digitalization, automation, and process optimization
• Very good Excel skills (e.g., Power Query, VBA or comparable tools) as well as experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of change processes
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
