For our client in the finance sector, very centrally located in the heart of Bern, we are looking for short-term reinforcement for the 3-person reception team. Here you can get involved: • Reception and care of customers, clients and guests - personal, telephone and written. • Operation of the telephone switchboard as well as receipt, triage and forwarding of calls and concerns. • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail as well as coordination of courier, delivery and shipping services. • Preparation and care of meeting rooms incl. catering as well as general administrative support of asset management For this deployment, we are looking for a lively and skilled all-rounder with a pronounced host flair as well as the openness to bring in new ideas and question existing processes and bring in innovative suggestions.
