Location Bienne Availability Immediately Type Temporary Reference 40984 Posted on 02/07/2026 For our renowned client in the Seeland / Berne / Soleure region, who specializes in surface treatments, we are seeking immediately or by agreement a: Bilingual Commerce Employee 100%(h/f/d) Job Description ### • Complete management of our secretariat, switchboard, and emails • Ensure external contacts, respond to customer requests, direct phone calls, and handle visitor reception • Close collaboration with our production teams and logistics department • Preparation of documents for certain shipments, elaboration of offers, and archiving • Take charge of sales for one of our subsidiary companies, including export • Assist the personnel manager in managing employee time stamps Profile ### • Minimum holder of a CFC commerce employee certificate or equivalent title • Native French speaker, with excellent knowledge of German or Swiss German, as well as good English skills • Mastery of current computer tools (notably Outlook, Word, and Excel) • Proactive, dynamic, and rigorous, you know how to work autonomously • Organized and methodical, you demonstrate excellent priority management • Conscientious, you work reliably and precisely at all times • At ease on the phone, you communicate with confidence during contacts with third parties • Flexible and autonomous, you are open to changes and appreciate team work • Resistant to stress, you are capable of handling several tasks simultaneously Interested?
