Our 28-bed ward with a focus on visceral surgery is looking for a strong leadership personality who accompanies their team with heart, clarity, and professional competence and actively helps shape the further development of nursing.

• You lead, motivate, and develop your team with clarity, appreciation, and commitment and create an open feedback and communication culture
• You are responsible for the organization of the ward - from duty scheduling and personnel deployment to economic management
• You support your team in demanding nursing situations and are also active in direct nursing
• A diploma in nursing at tertiary level as well as several years of professional experience in acute surgical care
• Ideally leadership experience and further training are an advantage
• Strong communication and reflection skills as well as resilience, independence, and high self-efficacy
