The association Horizonte in Thalwil has been committed for over 35 years to various offerings in the living and working spheres for the social and professional reintegration of people with mental impairments.

For Horizonte Arbeitsintegration, we are looking for, as of mid-January 2027 or by arrangement, an

Integration Consultant 80% (w/m/d)

Your tasks:

• Support and counseling of people with mental impairments within the framework of the reintegration process, from assessment to job search and aftercare (independent case management)
• Implementation of preparatory and work training, work trials, coaching, and job placement on behalf of the SVA as well as social offices
• Cooperation with support networks (therapists, doctors, etc.)
• Documentation of the reintegration process, reporting to the referring agencies, and other administrative activities
• Leading the competence training

You bring with you:

• Degree (BSc or MAS) in the psychological or social field or several years of professional practice with further training in job coaching or Supported Employment
• Experience in solution-oriented coaching of people in difficult life situations or with mental or multiple problems
• Experience in case management is mandatory
• Several years of professional experience in the private sector, good knowledge of labor market requirements, negotiation skills, and enjoyment in the acquisition of suitable workplaces
• Regional employer network is an advantage
• Quick comprehension, high resilience as well as flexibility, empathy, and humor
• Good knowledge of Office programs as well as enjoyment of administrative activities
