For one of our clients in Solothurn, we are looking for a new team member as Director's Assistant 80-100% Tasks/Responsibilities ### What you achieve: • Support of the CEO in all aspects of organization, coordination, administration, documentation as well as information and communication • Contact person for the management, authorities and other stakeholders • Organization of internal and external meetings and events including minutes in D/E/F/I • Review of the implementation of decisions and resolutions made by the management in the company • Administrative support of the management and processing of confidential documents • Creation and maintenance of reports and presentations in D/E/F/I Competencies ### You inspire us: • Bachelor's degree or completed KV training, further training as a director's assistant or comparable further training • At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in an international company • German and English language skills in word and writing, Italian and French language skills are desired • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, SAP is an advantage • Committed, flexible, trustworthy and resilient personality with quick comprehension • High identification with the company's goals Interested?
