For the Haus Schönberg in the Bern region, we are looking for a Head of Care and Support 100% Your tasks • Responsible for the quality and implementation of the service mandate and the care process • Further development of the care and support area for our number of nursing guests • Controlling of quality and productivity (bed occupancy, service recording in CareCoach) • Adherence to budget specifications and achievement of area goals • Organization and coordination of various stakeholder groups (relatives, house doctors, other organizations and institutions as well as insurance companies) • Leadership of care employees • Recruitment and development process for employees • Close cooperation with management Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing specialist FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional and leadership experience in long-term care with people with dementia is an advantage • At least 1-2 years of leadership experience as head of care and support or at least 3-4 years of professional experience as a group leader • Dynamic leadership personality • Secure communication in German language in word and writing • A warm and humorous basic attitude • High empathy and special team skills Why Tertianum?
