Tasks

• In primary nursing, you care for 2-3 residents together with another team member to ensure professional, evidence-based nursing quality
• You independently manage and monitor invasive as well as non-invasive home ventilation
• You safely perform tracheostomy cannula management, infusion therapies, and complex wound management
• In the nursing department, you take on daily responsibility and coordinate at eye level with specialist doctors and therapists
• You carry out nursing documentation (RAI-LTCF) carefully and ensure smooth handovers within the team

Requirement profile

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or hold an equivalent recognition
• Additional training as an Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF or NDS HF Emergency Nursing is an advantage
• You bring experience in ventilation management, or the motivation to work intensively on it
• Professional experience in the acute sector or in specialized long-term care is part of your background
