What you drive ### • You lead and further develop the Production Planning team both professionally and personally. • You continuously develop the planning processes and contribute to the further development of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) organization. • You are responsible for supply planning in the Egg business division with a horizon of currently up to +18 months within the framework of Integrated Business Planning (IBP). • You control SAP IBP Supply and other planning tools and continuously develop the planning processes further. • You identify risks, evaluate scenarios, and initiate targeted measures to ensure product availability. • You optimize inventory levels, reach, and planning quality, thereby contributing to efficiency and profitability. • You work closely with internal stakeholders, lead relevant S&OP/S&OE meetings, and help shape future-oriented production strategies.
