In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for an experienced CFC production mechanic (M/F).

Job description ###

Your mission :

• Perform machining of precision mechanical parts using conventional machines and CNC machining centers
• Perform setups, start-ups, and production monitoring of manufacturing equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings, manufacturing sequences, and production documents
• Participate in simple programming and optimization of CNC machines in collaboration with technical teams
• Ensure production monitoring and perform necessary setting corrections to guarantee the conformity of parts
• Control dimensions, tolerances, and the quality of components using standard measuring tools
• Perform mounting, assembly, or finishing operations according to production needs
• Participate in first-level maintenance of equipment and ensure the proper functioning of installations
• Apply quality, safety, and continuous improvement procedures in force within the company

Profile ###

Desired profile :

• CFC in production mechanics or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience of several years in precision machining on conventional and/or CNC machines
• Experience in a watchmaking, microtechnical, or high-precision mechanical environment
• Knowledge of CAM and optimization of manufacturing processes, an asset
• Excellent mastery of reading technical drawings and metrology
• Ease in setting, start-up, and production monitoring on machining centers
• Good knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and mechanical manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to control the quality of produced parts and to intervene on settings when necessary.
• Developed technical sense and a strong interest in modern industrial environments
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with production teams
• Driver's license (cat. B) and vehicle, an asset
