Niklas Brons), we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Senior Physician / Lead Physician KJPP, Medical Director Outpatient Clinic PZZ Clienia Young 100% Outpatient Clinic PZZ Clienia Young Your tasks You manage the outpatient clinic professionally and operationally. You lead a team of assistant physicians and psychologists and supervise the diagnostics and treatment of children, adolescents, and their families. In addition, you train the assistant physicians according to the training concept. You work closely with the inpatient sector (Clienia Young CLS) and ensure the maintenance of a treatment chain. You network regionally and cantonally with referrers and other stakeholders. You manage your own psychiatric-psychotherapeutic cases. You participate in the emergency service. Your profile You possess the specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, and several years of leadership experience as a senior physician (Oberärztin/-arzt) and/or Senior Physician (Leitende Ärztin/ Leitender Arzt). Your participatory leadership style, your integrative qualities, and your service orientation distinguish you. With your appreciative, resource- and patient-oriented attitude, you make a decisive contribution to the corporate culture.
