Your tasks

• Ensuring the flawless operation of all technical systems
• Independent execution of repair and maintenance work on buildings
• Control and assessment of the entire building and property infrastructure
• Accompanying and monitoring external service providers and craftsmen

Your profile

• Completed training as a mechanic or metalworker required
• Very good knowledge in maintenance and servicing of technical systems
• Committed, service-oriented personality with a conscientious and exact way of working
• Temporal and local availability including on-call service as well as driving license category B
