Strengthen our team as Immobilienbewirtschafter/in 80-100 % ### As a property manager, you are responsible for your own portfolio of properties and ensure the care and good contact with our customers, owners and tenants. Your new tasks include technical and administrative management: • Leadership of a management team (3-4 people) • Independent management of a mixed real estate portfolio (rental properties and condominiums) • Care and correspondence with owners, tenants, partners, authorities and caretakers • Conducting apartment handovers and takeovers • Managing, organizing and controlling maintenance work, renovations and renovations • Handling damage cases • Ensuring the rental of objects from tenant cancellation to re-rental • Setting rent • Creating cancellations and carrying out evictions • Accompanying legal cases and representing before mediation authorities and rental courts • General administrative tasks • Collaboration on various internal projects What awaits you with us: • A collegial and appreciative work environment • A varied activity • Flexible working hours and possibility to work from home office • Coming by car?
