What you will do with us • You treat outpatient patients with predominantly affective disorders and personality disorders under supervision. In addition, you will be trained in the treatment of all psychosomatic clinical pictures, which you treat interdisciplinarily, especially in cooperation with the specialist departments of rheumatology, pain medicine, gynecology as well as oncology • You conduct consultations in the Klinik Hirslanden. With advanced specialist training, you have the opportunity to acquire part of the focus for consultative and liaison psychiatry • There is the possibility to take over the management of topic-specific and interactional group psychotherapies. You inspire us- • with your completed medical studies and, in the case of foreign diplomas, direct or indirect recognition of the medical diploma by the Medical Commission (MEBEKO) • with your interest in biopsychosocial and psychosomatic connections and your several years of psychiatric experience • with your planned specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy or as recognition as a foreign year in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry • with your very good German skills in speaking and writing (German native language or language level according to the European Reference Framework at least C1) About us Our outpatient clinics offer consultations for psychosomatic medicine, accordingly psychotherapeutic treatments are in the foreground. We predominantly treat affective disorders, personality disorders and somatoform disorders. Special focuses are eating disorders, trauma-related disorders, pain disorders, psycho-oncology (breast center) and disorders related to pregnancy and childbirth. Psychotherapies are carried out in individual and group therapies. Social counseling is handled by our social service. There is close cooperation between the Klinik Barmelweid and its outpatient clinics, so that depending on demand, outpatient, semi-residential or residential treatment can take place. In the clinic, Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy work closely with Internal Medicine, thus enabling the treatment of people with multimorbid somatic diseases as well as psychopathological disorders.
