As an HVAC Building Technician (m/f/d), you ensure that our heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems run smoothly. With your technical expertise and your quick action during malfunctions, you contribute directly to trouble-free operational processes. • HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
• Operation and maintenance of the HVAC systems
• Updating HVAC plans and functional descriptions
• Coordination of maintenance
• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions in all buildings
• Energy optimizations and implementation of technical improvements
• Various media
• Administration and maintenance of the inventory program
• Coordination of installations
• Maintenance, upkeep and repairs

More about you

• Completed training in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration technology
• Several years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
• Sound and up-to-date specialist knowledge in the entire HVAC field that can be implemented in a practical manner
• Knowledge in measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSRT) as well as building automation
• Completed VDI 6022 hygiene training (Category A)
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working with high commitment
• Able to work in a team, communicative and service-oriented
• Fluent in German, good in English
• Experience in coordination of external service partners and instruction of employees
