Senior Consultant in business succession, specialization tax law 80 - 100% # What you will accomplish • In close coordination with client advisors, you conduct initial interviews with entrepreneurs regarding succession solutions within and outside the family and show them how to best prepare for business succession. • You autonomously develop succession concepts and accompany entrepreneurs in their implementation. • In dialogue with the clientele, you convince through your expertise in the taxation of natural and legal persons and position yourself as a long-term partner in tax matters. • You provide case-by-case tax assessments regarding transactions, structures, and life situations, and implement optimizations in collaboration with external advisors. • You work in close collaboration with internal specialists in the fields of financial planning, financing, and succession law. What you bring • You have a master's degree in law or business administration or a comparable training/continuing education. • You have completed your training in tax law as a certified tax expert or with an equivalent degree. • You have several years of professional experience in the field of business succession, taxation, fiduciary, and/or law. • You are passionate not only about the entrepreneurial landscape of eastern Switzerland, but also about contact with entrepreneurs. • You distinguish yourself by your holistic and entrepreneurial thinking and action with a great strategic and conceptual understanding.
