Main tasks:

• Telephone contact with tenants, administrations, and caretaker employees
• Receiving, recording, and processing reports
• Summoning tradespeople and making clarifications
• Coordination of tradespeople and caretaker employees
• Co-support of the reception
• Assistance with real estate management
• Assistance with general tasks in the team

Requirements:

• Commercial training or several years of experience as a clerk / telephone operator
• Good manners
• Good computer skills (Office)
• Very good German skills
• Foreign language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• Organizational talent
