With two Coffeehouses in Kreis 1, a Bakery in Kreis 3 and our production in Zürich Binz, we supply our guests daily with freshly baked delicacies, homemade food and high-quality coffee.

For our production, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality who will take on responsibility together with the production management and lead our team with heart and know-how.

YOUR TASKS

• Planning, controlling and monitoring the daily pastry production
• Participation in production as a technical role model
• Ensuring product quality, appearance and consistency according to Babu's standards
• Participation in deployment, production and ordering planning
• Active contribution to the further development of products, recipes and processes
• Ensuring compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Contact person for employees in the pastry area
• Training and development of team members

WHAT YOU BRING

• A completed apprenticeship as a baker/pastry chef or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in production (at least 3 years), ideally including some time in a leadership function
• Organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking and a high quality standard
• A confident, appreciative leadership personality who maintains an overview even in hectic moments
• Good knowledge of dealing with HACCP and food safety
• Passion for good food and good coffee as well as identification with Babu's and our products
• Fluent German and English skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and early shifts
