Introduction

For our client, an established company in the field of residential and elderly care, we are looking for a dedicated Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ. In this role, you will care for and look after elderly people with professional competence, respect, and heart. You can expect a meaningful task in a motivated team with room for responsibility and further development.

Tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of the residents in everyday life
• Support as a reference person for assigned residents
• Collaboration in care planning and in the assessment of care needs
• Electronic nursing documentation as well as planning and accompanying physician visits
• Taking on responsibility in the daily routine and collaboration on care-related topics

Profile

• Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Knowledge of BESA or willingness to complete corresponding further training
• Warm, humorous, and responsible personality
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
