You will lead the facade area for the Winterthur location and, together with the project managers, ensure smooth day-to-day business. In doing so, you will keep an eye on figures, quality, and processes and create space for new market opportunities.

• Coordinate operations operatively and manage economically
• Be responsible for budgets, costs, and project controlling
• Coach employees and develop teams further
• Maintain customer relationships, open up new fields of activity, sustainably improve processes, quality, and cooperation

Close to the business, strong in leadership
Ideally, you come from facade construction, the metal industry, or carpentry and know the practice from the ground up. Thanks to your entrepreneurial thinking, you will also succeed in maintaining an overview and recognizing opportunities early in demanding times.

• Training in construction and further education in business administration
• Leadership experience in a construction-related, operative environment
• Convincing appearance and strong social competence
• High initiative with a hands-on mentality
• Convincing communication as well as stylish German
