Your tasks
Processing and coordination of orders in an international environment
Preparation and creation of export and customs documents
Creation of offers
Support of customers in day-to-day business and close cooperation with internal departments
Active cooperation with colleagues in international sales
Your profile
At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of sales back office with an international focus
Good import and export knowledge
Solution-oriented working style
Assertiveness and resilience
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Very good German and English skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office, in pro Alpha or comparable ERP systems
