Area of responsibility

In this versatile leadership role, you will take on a central role within real estate management. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support your employees with complex issues, and actively contribute to the further development of the organization.

Your area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• Leadership, promotion, and professional support of a well-established management team
• Coordination and monitoring of the ongoing management processes of a versatile real estate portfolio
• Ensuring a high quality of service to tenants, owners, and other stakeholders
• Accompanying demanding tenancy law issues as well as supporting contract matters
• Optimization of existing workflows and co-designing efficient, modern management structures
• Participation in the planning and implementation of maintenance, renovation, and other real estate projects
• Responsibility for the economic management of the specialist department, including budgeting and relevant evaluations
• Promoting constructive cooperation with internal and external contact persons
• Contributing your own ideas for the further development of the specialist department and the improvement of internal cooperation

Your strengths and experience

You are an experienced personality from the real estate industry who, in addition to sound specialist knowledge, also brings enjoyment to the leadership and further development of employees. You maintain an overview even in demanding situations and know how to combine operational tasks with higher-level objectives.

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

• Commercial or technical basic training with advanced training in the real estate sector, preferably with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of professional practice in real estate management with in-depth knowledge in the area of rental properties
• Experience in the leadership or professional coordination of employees
• Good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law and understanding of economic contexts
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications as well as ideally experience with established real estate software
• Independent, proactive, and well-organized way of working
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a respectful manner with different personalities
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility, shaping changes, and working with the team to develop solutions
