Head of Finance 80-100 %

Your new challenge:

• Operative management of the finance department including human resources
• Independent preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR as well as reporting to the Board of Directors
• Responsibility for operational accounting including management of allocations
• Execution of the budgeting and planning process
• Pre- and post-calculation of regulated network usage and energy prices and market-oriented services with the support of the Managing Director
• Preparation and provision of all regulatory financial data as well as timely reporting to ElCom
• Close cooperation with the management and strategic support in the further development of the company
• Leading a small team in the finance department
• Participation in and coordination of cross-departmental projects

You are characterized by

• a higher business administration education with a focus on finance or federal diploma in finance and accounting
• several years of sound professional experience in a similar leadership function, ideally in an energy supply company
• in-depth understanding of operational cost accounting
• sound knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally experience with the ERP system Abacus
• analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• a structured, exact and self-organized way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• flexibility, resilience and pleasant manners
