The Hochbauamt is seeking immediately or by agreement a Your tasks <br /> • You represent the canton in its role as client and control demanding new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across all project phases. • You take responsibility for quality, costs, and deadlines and lead projects in a targeted manner to success. • You strive for high functional, ecological, and design-aesthetic qualities. • You coordinate and lead internal as well as external project participants and ensure effective collaboration. • You represent the interests of the canton vis-à-vis users, planners, authorities, and other stakeholder groups. • You make a significant contribution to the sustainable, economic, and architecturally convincing further development of the cantonal real estate portfolio. <br /> Your profile <br /> • Completed degree as an architect or engineer (ETH, UNI or FH) • Several years of experience in project management of construction projects across all phases, from project definition to commissioning, in Switzerland • Knowledge or interest in the field of building maintenance and sustainable preservation of real estate • Pronounced understanding of quality, costs, and deadlines as well as a solution-oriented approach • Networked thinking, initiative, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration • High service orientation and a confident and convincing demeanor • Stylistically confident oral and written expression in German <br /> Our offer We offer an interesting, challenging, and varied activity in a professional team, flexible working hours, attractive employment conditions, and interesting further training opportunities.
